#1 AlchePharma Whey: This whey digest and mixes easily with high bioavailability. Since I am a Lacto-vegetarian (the only animal product I consume is dairy) I find myself supplementing protein about 4 separate times throughout the day.
#2 Ultra Greens: One of the most important nutrients which are often missed, is the incredible plethora of enzymes, phytonutrients, minerals, etc that greens bring to the table. Expecting the body to adapt and evolve without the assistance of our green friends is a challenging venture, to say the least. I supplement at least twice a day with greens.
#3 Coenzyme B: When it comes to protein assimilation, energy, and endurance a biologically active B is in short a requirement.
#4 Creatine Monohydrate: Nothing fancy, just a highly reliable basic high-quality Creatine that contributes to the Kreb Cycle for Explosive Anaerobic Power.
