Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AlchePharma! This policy outlines details regarding the shipping of your orders internationally and within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.  
  • Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume (e.g., sales events, holidays). We will notify you if there are significant delays.

2. International Shipping

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Customer Responsibility):
    • IMPORTANT: If you are ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that you, the recipient, are solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by your country's authorities upon import.
    • These charges are NOT included in the product prices or shipping costs charged by AlchePharma at checkout.
    • These fees are typically assessed by the destination country's customs agency and collected by the shipping carrier before or at the time of delivery. The carrier may contact you directly to arrange payment.
    • AlchePharma has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and is not responsible for collecting or paying them. Customs policies vary widely by country.
    • We strongly advise you to contact your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
    • Failure or Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay the required duties, taxes, or fees, or fail to provide necessary information to customs, your shipment may be returned to AlchePharma (at your expense) or abandoned/destroyed. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund for the products or original shipping costs, and you will be liable for any return shipping fees or other charges incurred by AlchePharma.
  • Shipping Methods & Carriers: International orders are shipped via carriers such as [DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS International]. Available options will be presented at checkout.
  • Shipping Rates: International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination country, and selected service. Charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: International delivery times vary significantly by destination. Estimated delivery times are typically [7-21 business days or longer] but are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs processing are common and outside of our control.
  • Import Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be legally imported into your country.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

    • We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States.
    • Some carriers may have restrictions regarding P.O. Box deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier's website.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
  • AlchePharma is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept (including refusal to pay duties/taxes as detailed in Section 2), or failure to collect, any potential refund will be subject to deductions for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any other fees incurred by AlchePharma. Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email address removed] with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed for a carrier claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your package tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, or if it seems lost in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email address removed]. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Please note that carrier investigations can take time. (Optional: Specify timeframe for reporting lost packages).
